RETURN POLICY
Exchanges: The Pretty Pink Rooster® has a 30 day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a store credit or an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. After the 30 days, your item will be marked as final sale, which can not be exchanged or receive a store credit.

Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any packages that go lost or missing, or are damaged in the shipping process.
-All Seasonal Items are FINAL SALE & not available for return or exchange.
-All shoe purchases are final.
-All items "on sale" are FINAL SALE & are not available for return or exchange.
-Store Credit expires one year after date issued.
